About the Event
Over the course of the afternoon our winemaker, Kirsten, will guide you through matching our wines with small samples of food. She will suggest two different wines with each plate so you can experiment how the wine and food interact with each other. There are no right or wrong answers - just having fun with friends, food and wine!
The food samples will include a salmon starter, a white meat with two sauces; beef with gravy, a selection of cheeses and a chocolate raspberry dessert. We look forward to spending the afternoon with you, in front of a roaring fire, and discovering the joys of food and wine!
Please note, this event will be presented in English. A maximum of 20 places are available at 35 € (TVA included).
