Blanc 2020

This Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier blend is pale yellow with green tints and impresses with a very intense nose of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, red apple and white flower: a great reminder of summer! In the mouth, the wine is very round and generous with lingering tropical pineapple flavours, finishing with a taste of lemon sorbet. The acidity is very well balanced to give a wine a fresh and lively feel. A great full flavoured wine. Pair with trout roasted with fennel; pasta with spring vegetables; BBQ prawns with garlic butter; lemon and herb risotto.

A 2021 Languedoc Roussillon Sud de France/Sud Ouest Top 100 competition winner!

"Intense with ripe apricot and peach, lightly toasted nutty base-line, gentle spice and a long acidity."

Tamlyn Currin, of

"Well done on the low bottle weight. A chorus of ripe peaches and apples, blossom and passion fruit. This is like a fruit-flavour ignition that gets your whole body humming with energy and summer life. I love that, just there, almost hidden under all that flagrant fruit, is the buttery indulgence of a warm croissant. As if the wine is smuggling a little indulgence in, past the gaze of the health police. Drink 2021-2023 16.5/20" (May 2021)

Rosé 2020

Select parcels of Grenache, Merlot and Carignan were blended together to create a wine with a light peach pink colour, ushering you in to aromas of white peach and tangerine juice, along with white cherry and a hint of green melon. On the palate it is bright, with zingy acidity, medium weight and the flavour of white cherries. Pair with a salad with morsels of pomegranate or grapefruit, rock melon with ham or even try with a raspberry cheesecake!

This wine won a gold medal in the 2021 Concours Mondial des Féminalise!

The comments of Elizabeth Gabay MW:

"Pale salmon. Marzipan apple aromas. Buttery fruit, very saline, crunchy sour apples, cranberries, with a whisper of roses coming through on the finish. Unusual but nice in a quirky way and a refreshing saline mineral finish. Chalky, mineral, bruised apples. Gentle red fruit, lovely fresh acidity with pippy phenolics. Great extraction. Freshly squeezed cloudy apple juice, cloudberries. Really quite nice - not at all a safe choice, but interesting and memorable. Would come back for more. Recommended. 89/100." Listed in Elizabeth Gabay’s 2021 Buyer’s Guide to the Rosés of Southern France

Rouge 2019

A complex blend of Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon. The colour is an intense plum red with purple hues. The nose is complex and fruit driven with aromas of blueberries, black cherries, liquorice root and hints of the wild herbs growing in our surroundings. On the palate the wine has soft tannins and a long finish. Flavours of freshly picked raspberries and wild herbs sit alongside menthol and vanilla notes: this is a well balanced and juicy wine that will match with many foods. Try with roast beef, barbecue steak, magret de canard with a raspberry coulis or even with a Black Forest cake!

Awarded a Silver medal in the Bettane+Desseauve 2021 Prix-Plaisir competition!

Our 2019 white impresses with a flinty nose evolving to an appealing citrus flower bouquet; on the palate the wine is soft, full and fruity and has a refreshing dry finish.

Tamlyn Currin of

"Smells like a sharp-white-cheese pastry tart with honey [...], and sliced baked orange peaches. Something also a little white- petal floral. Very pretty. Delicate, dancing, filigree florals with a lovely rounded peachy bottom."

The 2019 rosé delights with a light peach pink colour that ushers you in to aromas of white peach and tangerine juice, along with white cherry and a hint of green melon. On the palate it is bright, with zingy acidity, medium weight and the flavour of white cherries.

Tamlyn Currin:

"Paler than their other three pinks, although not what you would describe as a pale rosé, for which I heartily applaud them. Wet sand and ham and goji-berry nose. A street-jiving bluster of damsons and blood orange, apple skin and grapefruit peel, rust and nuts, bresaola and cranberries. Sharp and dry and you could have this as an aperitif but it's much more interesting with food."

The 2017 red greets you with a nice dark plum colour, fruit and a bit of the garrigue on the nose. Once tasted, its generous structure is complemented with red fruit flavours and a lively finish.
