​Blanc 2022

This Viognier, Ugni blanc and Roussanne dominant blend gets the best of all worlds! The Viognier contributes pleasant white pepper and apricot aromas, while the Ugni blanc gives pretty floral notes and the Roussanne its usual lemony / pineapple zestiness. The remaining varieties (Marsanne, Sauvignon blanc, Rolle (aka Vermentino) fill in the palate with flavours of citrus, passionfruit and hazelnut. Overall it has intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit and spice, leading to a zesty long palate with lingering notes of creaminess.

This wine can be perfect on its own, but is also very versatile when pairing with food, such as creamy sauce dishes, those using coriander and/or dill, brined foods or rich cheeses. Try pairing with steamed artichokes, light seafood or tempura vegetables and green olive tapenade.

​​Rosé 2022

A majority of Cinsault gives this rosé a delicious soft fruitiness with notes of strawberry and raspberries. The Grenache is spicier, with notes of cherries and pomegranate. The delicate blush colour is a characteristic of both varieties, as is the low phenolic content, making the wine soft and mouth-filling. The attractive bright fruit flavour will dominate through 2024, and after this slowly reduce, resulting in more weight and roundness.

Perfect for sipping on its own, but also up to the task of pairing with smoked salmon and goat's cheese, a jambon cru and watermelon salad or mixed tomato and mozzarella tarts.

Rouge 2020

Carignan, Syrah, Merlot. A very easy to drink wine with an intensely fruity nose showing lots of ripe summer berries, hints of pretty green leafiness and toasty wood. The palate is all about fresh berries, smooth soft tannins and lingering memories of a long hot summer.

This versatile wine would be a good match with a barbecued meal of sweet roasted capsicum, juicy hamburgers or spicy sausages.
